That’s what we all, all the time, are looking for.  When we feel a little or a taste of it, we want to maintain it forever.


The Buddha preached that loving others greatly is the source of true happiness: if we sincerely seek the well-being and happiness of others, we will have a genuine sense of well-being.  We feel healthier physically.  πŸ™
